Why SoberCEO

Some conversations
need a different room.

You may have a leadership team, a board, a coach, and people who care deeply about you. Still, there are things that are hard to say when you are the person everyone looks to for an answer.

How do you handle relentless pressure without returning to old ways of coping?

How do you celebrate a major win when every invitation seems to revolve around drinking?

How do you stay honest about what is happening in your business and in your life?

At SoberCEO, you can bring the whole conversation. Members understand the responsibility of leading a company and the daily commitment of living sober. They can offer perspective drawn from experience, ask questions that matter, and remind you that you do not have to carry everything alone.

What you’ll find here

A place to speak candidly—

CEOs at a comparable scale.

Your circle reflects the size of the company you lead, so members can relate to the decisions on your desk.

02

Honest conversation.

Bring questions about leadership, growth, people, relationships, boundaries, or sobriety. You decide what you are ready to share.

03

Perspective without performance.

There is no need to have every answer when you walk in. Listen, contribute, and draw on the experience of other CEOs.

04

A commitment to discretion.

SoberCEO circles are designed as private spaces. Members agree to confidentiality expectations before participating.

What makes SoberCEO different?

You can bring
both parts of your life
into the room.

A business peer group can understand your company. A recovery community can understand your sobriety. SoberCEO begins with the belief that, for a sober CEO, those experiences often shape each other.

A difficult quarter can affect your well-being. A healthier boundary can change how you lead. A conversation about growth may also be a conversation about what you are willing to sacrifice to achieve it.

Here, you do not have to explain why either subject matters.

How it works

About SoberCEO

Built from
lived experience.

SoberCEO was created by Luke Wyckoff, a CEO who has been sober for more than 10 years.

Luke knows that reaching a leadership position does not make a person immune to pressure, uncertainty, or isolation. He also knows the strength that can come from living honestly and staying connected to people who understand.

SoberCEO exists to give CEOs that connection: a trusted place to talk about the decisions they face and the life they are committed to protecting.
